Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Ritmovio online store and to every purchase you make from it. The store is operated by Ritmovio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Ritmovio", "we", "us", "our"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Subscription Policy, and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Who may buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order and accept these Terms for you.

2. Our products

Ritmovio sells 28-day movement plans in two formats: a Digital PDF that you print at home, and a Printed Poster that we ship to you. Product photos and mockups are illustrations; colours and details of the printed item may differ slightly.

3. Health and safety

Our plans are general movement guidance. They are not medical advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from your doctor, physical therapist or another qualified professional.

• Check with your doctor before starting any new exercise routine, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, are recovering from an injury or surgery, or take medication.
• Use a sturdy chair without wheels for seated moves, keep the space around you clear, and move only within a comfortable range.
• Stop at once if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or discomfort, and seek medical help if needed.

You take part in any activity from our plans voluntarily and at your own risk. Results vary from person to person, and we do not promise any particular health, fitness or weight outcome.

4. Orders, prices and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include any taxes that apply at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken on our secure checkout at checkout.ritmovio.com, run for us by our checkout and payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

6. VIP Membership

Every order placed on our checkout includes the Ritmovio VIP Membership, as stated on the checkout page next to the order button. Nothing is charged for it at checkout; 28 days after your order it is billed at $29.95, and then every 28 days, until you cancel. Its price, benefits, renewal, cancellation and refunds are set out in our Subscription Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you authorise Ritmovio LLC to charge the payment method you use at checkout for each Membership payment until you cancel.

7. Your licence to use digital plans

When you buy a Digital PDF, we grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to download it and to print copies for use in your own household. You may not resell, share, publish, upload, distribute or sublicense the file or printed copies, or use them for paid classes or commercial programmes, without our written permission. All rights not expressly granted remain with Ritmovio.

8. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content in the store and in our plans, including text, illustrations, designs, photos, logos and the Ritmovio name, belongs to Ritmovio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or reuse it except as these Terms allow.

10. Reviews and messages you send us

If you send us a review, photo, comment or idea, you confirm that it is your own and truthful, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our store and products. We may remove any content at our discretion.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

12. Disclaimer

The store and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ritmovio and its members, managers and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any injury arising from your use of our plans contrary to section 3. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Ritmovio harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the store or our products.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here prevents either of us from bringing a claim in small claims court where it qualifies.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted in the store when you place an order applies to that order.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the policies referred to above, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the store.
