Where we ship

Ritmovio LLC ships printed posters only to addresses in the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping cost

Every poster order gets free standard shipping within the United States.

If you need your poster sooner, Express shipping is available at checkout for a fee shown before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

• Posters are printed to order and usually arrive within 5 business days of your order (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays).
• Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses can take longer.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your poster ships.

Digital PDF plans

Digital PDF plans are not shipped. Your download link is sent by email right after checkout and is also shown on your order confirmation page. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Address problems

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address; that reshipment may be charged at cost.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your poster arrives damaged or your parcel goes missing, see our Refund Policy: we will replace it at no cost.
